Great service and reasonable price! I always do my car maintenance at Subaru service center. But one time it was fully booked so I went somewhere else to have my car checked and they to I always do my car maintenance at Subaru service center. But one time it was fully booked so I went somewhere else to have my car checked and they told me another price which was crazy expensive so I didn’t do it there. I decided to wait for availability here and it turned out to be so much cheaper! My car is now in a good shape and all problems were handled well here! More

Dealer Service could not figure out nor fix warranty problem while under warranty. Within only a week after 'service' problem recurred on trip in Colorado. Local dealer told me how to zero out code to problem while under warranty. Within only a week after 'service' problem recurred on trip in Colorado. Local dealer told me how to zero out code to turn car computer systems back on so we could get home to Minnesota. Upon return, same problem occurred and took car back to dealer, who zeroed out the code again and failed to find the problem. Within the next month, same thing happened again and again. Finally this week, 1st week of September, dealer service took suspect valve out of car to test, found it not operating to spec, relplaced it and gave us the car back after charging us a token $100, even though the faulty valve had been suspect from the beginning when the identical recurring code pointed to that system. And refused to consider the service 'under warranty' even though it was the same problem and (warranty included part) they could not figure it out in the first place. Lesson learned. Subaru National customer service has now given me a case referral to alert them if the same problem recurs. Should have gone there the 3rd time the car was returned with no successful fix. More

I typically am not the person in my household responsible for bringing the car to the shop. So I was a bit nervous about where to go and what to do.
