My experience with Lexus of Orland Park has been nothing but excellent This is my second Lexus within 3 yrs. I bought the Rx350 f sport in 2017 which I’m keeping and came back Oct 2020 to buy another truck but excellent This is my second Lexus within 3 yrs. I bought the Rx350 f sport in 2017 which I’m keeping and came back Oct 2020 to buy another truck GX 2021. Aiman the salesman is very professional, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. All the staffs are pleasant and professionals, from Kevin the sales manager, Aiman that helped with the Gx, Marek Okreglak that sold the Rx and all the service team. They are very friendly and helpful. I will say Lexus of Orland Park is the best car dealership in the south suburb and l will recommend them AGAIN! AGAIN!! More

I am pissed as my 1st Kowalis Lexus was 18 years ago Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe said ,”nothing wrong. So went on trip and “all” functions on its computer are going off., saying dangerous to drive etc. I am In New Buffalo and hope this Rx doesn’t kill me and my wife on the way home.
