Best Dealership with the costumer service! From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted and welcomed. Specifically, we received excelllent service from Aiman Hamdan, Sales Consultant From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted and welcomed. Specifically, we received excelllent service from Aiman Hamdan, Sales Consultant, Kevin Martin, Sales Manager and Mike Bannos, Finance Manager. As you well know, buying a new car can be a stressful situation, full of a lot of back and forth. Salesmen are known to be less than honest. This was NOT the case here. We were very impressed with how honest and informative Aiman was. He was quick to answer ALL of our questions. After our first meeting, we left without buying the car as we were still comparing vehicles, prices, and dealerships. After narrowing the decision down to the Lexus 350, we visited other Lexus dealerships. While at the Westmont dealership, we were offered a deal that was very enticing, but lacked the customer service “feel”. We contacted Aiman and quickly decided to take the 40 min drive to Orland. It was well worth it! The deal was great but the customer service we received from Aiman, Kevin, and Mike really solidified it for us. It is good to know such great people work here. The car is great, the deal was fantastic, but the people here are even better! We will definitely recommend Lexus of Orland to our friends & family and will most definitely return when it’s time to buy a car for our kids, and when it’s time to get another one for ourselves! We are already planning on only buying from the same owners of this dealership knowing full well we will receive the same excellent costumer service! Once again, Aiman Hamdan is by far the best sales consultant we’ve ever come across as he is very knowledgeable about the cars and services provided & sold by Lexus. More
