Above and beyond I had a remaining extended warranty on my trade in Toyota. They worked with Toyota to process the refund. All I had to do was sign. Incredible Experience Flo, our sales liaison, was a true joy to work in selecting and driving off in my new 2020 Outback. We made the trek from Eugene to Wilsonville for a reason - to work with this outstanding crew in Wilsonville! The whole experience was like a trip to Disneyland! Ainslie helped me identify s We have had lengthy and less-than-fun dealership experiences before, but we actually enjoyed our time car shopping today. Ainslie helped me identify some options before ever coming in, and Andrew was a courteous and no-pressure sales specialist who stayed with us through the whole process, and allowed us time to snack and deliberate options. This location is huge and has a cafe as well as a great waiting area and ping pong table while you’re waiting for paperwork to process. My husband and I are glad to have this dealership in our community and I’m thankful they were so conscientious and friendly to make car buying that much less overwhelming. More

Worst dealership in the area. Extremely disappointed with the staff of this dealership. If you look at their reviews for the past year, they have been failing in customer service a Extremely disappointed with the staff of this dealership. If you look at their reviews for the past year, they have been failing in customer service and in being honest with their customers. My experience mirrors this. I understand that mistakes can be made occasionally. However, significant clerical and staffing errors were made throughout my attempt at purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership. They are listed below: 1.) Lied to me about their inventory and what they had available. When I arrived for my appointment, I was shown a vehicle that “somewhat” matched the specifications I asked for, but clearly was not matching what I asked for. 2.) Lied about the quoted price of the vehicle. 3.) Wilsonville would not price match their own quote from the representative I worked with. They do not negotiate prices, and because of this, I was left with little recourse. 4.) When the vehicle I wanted was found at another dealership over 100 miles away, the staff decided to drive it to Wilsonville putting wear and mileage on the car, rather than towing it. 5.) Sale representative made an error on the final price when he was writing down numbers by hand and ended up charging us hundreds of dollars more. 6.) Wilsonville charged my credit card an excessively wrong amount for a down payment multiple times and locked my credit card due to their own clerical error. 7.) I needed a purchased part installed, and was told their Service and Parts department would contact me within the day. This never happened and I had to contact them myself. Once I arrived, I was questioned excessively about the specifications of my parts need, when they had all of the paperwork and details for the (seemingly) easy installation. That responsibility should not be on the customer. I highly recommended going anywhere else for sales or service. It was an extremely disrespectful and frustrating experience. More

Plus the Wilsonville Subaru facility is top notch: Great showroom, nearly all inventory under cover, car doors unlocked so you can check things out in a no pressure setting, and an in-house cafe. Check out their Foundations series - great add-ons that really take the Subaru models to the next level. I’ve bought BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, & Audi, but never had such a smooth buying process as we experienced at Wilsonville Subaru. Already recommended them to friends! More

Excellent Service and Kind Staff I had a great experience yesterday at Wilsonville Subaru. Not only do I love my new vehicle, I thought the staff was exceptional. They were very cle I had a great experience yesterday at Wilsonville Subaru. Not only do I love my new vehicle, I thought the staff was exceptional. They were very clear and honest with me at all parts of the process. Our sales person was courteous and knowledgeable. The staff even played Nerf football with my five year old son while I was doing paperwork so he was entertained while they expedited my checkout process. I was more than pleased with my service and would recommend them to all. More
