UPDATE: it has been over a month now since I’ve purchased the vehicle and the finance department has been a huge let down! I still have not received my registration or license plates and I have called and le the vehicle and the finance department has been a huge let down! I still have not received my registration or license plates and I have called and left countless messages with Jon, Abdul and Cody who is supposed to be the General Manager and no one has returned my calls once! Aiyad was the only person who tried to help me but he’s in sales and there isn’t much else he’s able to do. No one likes to be blatantly ignored when they have an issue. My paper tag that was given is now expired and no one there seems to care. It’s unfortunate that I’m out of state or else I would have gone up to the dealer. My after sales experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership!! Aiyad and Suburban Toyota of FH was very easy to work with. They made my experience relatively painless. I appreciated their upfront approach and unnecessary add ons like other dealers. I would highly recommend Aiyad and Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! More
