I’m not too thrilled with having to bring my wife’s car in for KIA recalls. However, I really enjoyed my experience at Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress being m in for KIA recalls. However, I really enjoyed my experience at Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress being made in real time. They had some interesting and excellent coffee as well as snacks to ease the pain of waiting. I also had a very nice chat with the older gentleman who gave me the car when it was finished. I highly rate the service and congenial personnel. . More
