Was given excuses after setting up an appointment days in advance for 07:30am with service technician only to get there and be told the mechanic requested was too busy working on 3 other vehicles - unpleasan advance for 07:30am with service technician only to get there and be told the mechanic requested was too busy working on 3 other vehicles - unpleasant experience. Thumbs down unfriendly and treated like it was my fault and nothing but a waste of time trying to figure out how to get my vehicle in after having to speak to the service manager who was a much better help than the service writer person (A). On a good note thanks to (manager) George and Steve (mechanic) I was able to get something worked out - only after having to go thru the usual run around and mix up. More

This dealership is organized and efficient. My last visit was taken care of by Akiem. Even though he was busy on the phone with another customer, he acknowledged me and took care of me as soon My last visit was taken care of by Akiem. Truck was brought in for a recall a few months back and I waited 25 minutes for them to tell me that the machine was broken, and I would have to come back another time. Fast-forward to my second time, bringi waited 25 minutes for them to tell me that the machine was broken, and I would have to come back another time. Fast-forward to my second time, bringing the truck in for this recall . Left the service department, and the truck is still doing the same thing that it was brought in for the recall for. I called the service department and the woman who answered would not work with me and transferred me over to the service technician that took care of me that day. He was away from his phone, so I left a message for him to call me immediately. Three days later I still have not received a phone call and I am extremely upset with your service this is a brand new truck and the radio just turns off for no reason and I cannot get it to turn back on. I should not be having these problems More
