The reason that I am a repeat client is absolutely attributed to Al's service. He is patient, easy going, knowledgeable, and by no means pushy (which, for many people looking for a car find off-putting and uncomfortable). Al takes the time to learn what is important to you as a customer in regards to your personal preferences, the features you are looking for in your next vehicle, desired price range and monthly payment, etc. By taking the time necessary to best understand what you are looking for, Al will search for vehicles that meet the criteria you are looking for, while also within your price range. Al also is happy to help with any after-the-sale questions, and has proved to be a great resource me anytime I have had a vehicle in for maintenance, body shop repairs, and so on. Al butryn My experience at ewald was fantastic. My first time buying a newer car. I talked with al the day before I came and when I showed up he had the car r My experience at ewald was fantastic. My first time buying a newer car. I talked with al the day before I came and when I showed up he had the car ready for me to drive up front! Very professional and he knew the ins and outs of the car to a T! Spending that much money it was important that I worked with someone like al. I'm having an issue with the my key feature and automatic start. Al walked me through it over the phone knowing exactly what to do. I've never been happier with a purchase, that includes buying my house. Had a bad real estate agent. Thank you again. I found my car on cars.com and it had every feature I was looking for and without al, I'd probably still be trying to figure out a few things. Roy from service was very helpful and is gonna fix the my key status on Tuesday. More
