I highly recommend Windward Ford in Kailua. I’ve had poor experiences with other dealerships on island, but the crew at Windward Ford went above and beyond my expectations. Al Davis was well spoken, respectful, on time, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was never talked down to, I never felt uncomfortable, and they had all the amenities needed for a long day buying a car. Guy, the finance guy, was insightful and gave really good advice when it came to warranties and more. All of the employees were kind and helpful throughout the day. More

Scheduling is easy online or by phone. Service department mechanics are great at diagnosing and repairing problems. All service is explained.
