Did not top off all fluids, and the windshield wiper fluid was drain and not filled back up and the wiper system does not work right after i left the service center. (and i paid $250 for this lack of qu fluid was drain and not filled back up and the wiper system does not work right after i left the service center. (and i paid $250 for this lack of quality of service. Question, what else did the mechanic NOT do for my vehicle? ) i think i am going to find a better service for a person who have been a Ford account holder for over 25 years... Customer service is dead and my expectations will always be low. More

Terrible customer service, no communication from service staff, dropped off my truck for repair, was given price to do work and time to complete work ( 4hrs ), took them 3 days to complete work, called to f staff, dropped off my truck for repair, was given price to do work and time to complete work ( 4hrs ), took them 3 days to complete work, called to find out what was going on with my truck, no call back, kept calling the next day, finally got a call back, said it would take longer because it was a big job, picked up truck on third day, paid bill, three weeks later I get a call from service dept that I owe more money for parts and that made a mistake ( $1,200.00 ) more on top of what I already paid, talked to service manager and he did was laugh and said they cannot eat the cost, which I never asked them to, I just wanted to know what happened, I am Done with Windward Ford, The suck part is I have a new truck that I bought from before this happened....Now I have to go to own or pearl city to service my truck. More
