I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Al Gomez. Al was thorough and patient as we evaluated vehicle options. No pressure, just great support and a great value for the car. The management (Adam Clarke and Demontric Doddles) were exceptional as well. We were so pleased with the experience of purchasing our daughter a vehicle, that we returned two days later to purchase another vehicle for me! Give them (and Al) a try, you won't be disappointed. Probably not the very worst experience one could have in the vehicle market. However, we purchased a vehicle that was listed for $7K less than what we ended up paying. Of that amount, $2K was some kind of ' the vehicle market. However, we purchased a vehicle that was listed for $7K less than what we ended up paying. Of that amount, $2K was some kind of 'care package' that they'd already completed and 'couldn't' be removed. The sales guy Al was personable and at least desired to be helpful, but all in all, I won't come back to this store. It's not enough we purchased the vehicle, I continue to receive emails and phone calls from these (various different) people. The vehicle I purchased only came with one fob and shame on me for not asking them to correct that as a condition of purchase (he did tell me up-front but was not detailed and transparent about the extra cost to me). I later discovered there are no mats in the vehicle. Come on, guys, you could certainly do much better. Disappointing. More
