Made an appointment for my work vehicle. Dropped it off the night before so that I wouldn’t cause any delay. Called at 3pm to see if the van would be done that day and the vehicle hadn’t even be been loo the night before so that I wouldn’t cause any delay. Essentially lost an entire day of work because I didn’t have my vehicle and to not even have the service done makes it twice as bad. I’ll never use Hawthorne Chevy service again. I’ll probably look for another dealership for my next vehicle as well. Extremely disappointed. Terrible communication. More
