Allan and Jo (lady cashier) are very helpful! They'd really listen to your complaints. Been going back and forth (5 times) in Paramus Chevy with negative result. I only brought my vehicle ones in Hawtho really listen to your complaints. Been going back and forth (5 times) in Paramus Chevy with negative result. I only brought my vehicle ones in Hawthorne Chevy and BOOM AL and his guys found the problem. Awesome job guys. Will be coming back to Hawthorne NJ Chevy for services from now on. Came in with a GM Performance Parts cold air performance intake. Al scheduled my service over the phone and was very pleasant and polite like usual, taking the time to go find out information about the inst intake. Al scheduled my service over the phone and was very pleasant and polite like usual, taking the time to go find out information about the install that I requested. Greg was the advisor who helped me the day of my actual service and despite them being short staffed, he was very polite and explained everything well and what he didnt know off the top of his head (the install time on this intake) he excused himself to find out for me which I genuinely appreciated. I was also very impressed with how well Greg treated his fellow employees and those I assumed he managed. Its nice to see people treat coworkers and associates with respect. Mike, at the parts counter is always very pleasant to talk to and treats everyone with politeness and respect. He is always willing to go above and beyond for anybody, be it in person or on the phone and thats a quality that is rare nowadays. Ive been to the parts counter quite a few times and Mike is always there and always in a great mood. I swear he never has bad days, I genuinely enjoy talking to him and he is a huge reason why I keep coming back to give you guys my money. More
