Good Work I would recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet for service, but not on a Saturday. I wanted an oil change, my front hubcap seems to be loose and my check engi I would recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet for service, but not on a Saturday. I wanted an oil change, my front hubcap seems to be loose and my check engine light had flashed on two occasions since my last visit. I know they were busy (the service guy made sure I knew that) so I only got a desperately needed oil change done and made an appointment for the other things in two weeks, on a weekday. I would have thought that at the very least they would have run the diagnostics on the check engine light issue. You would have thought that I was not the source of the company's income, but a pest of some kind. I felt they didn't want customers on a Saturday. The oil change was fine and the lady who made a new appointment for me was great -- very helpful and willing to take the time to assist. More
