Air Bag Sensor indicator light I had been in a few weeks earlier to have my airbag sensor light fixed. I was told at the time that the part would have to be ordered. The service I had been in a few weeks earlier to have my airbag sensor light fixed. I was told at the time that the part would have to be ordered. The service person ordered the part and called me to let me know that the part was in house about a week later. I made an appointment for this service to be completed. I waited about an hour before I was told that the repair would take some time and that I would be given a loaner car. My thought--why make me wait an hour to tell me that the repair was going to take an extended period. I was given an old beat up Chevy Impala with over 100,000 miles. It had damage to both the front and rear bumpers, the inside of the car was dirty. But what was I to do? I took the loaner and about 5 hours later I was called and told that the repair was completed. A technician should know how long a repair will take. My thought is that the part that was ordered was given to someone else and that the part for my car had to be picked up and installed. I good part of my day was consumed driving back and forth from the dealership. More

routine maintenance I received text and message on vehicle display for service due. Phoned service, received appointment for 2PM. Arrived early, was checked in, waited in I received text and message on vehicle display for service due. Phoned service, received appointment for 2PM. Arrived early, was checked in, waited in lounge, all done in one hour as promised. Oil change & tire rotation. All included with free maintence. All handled by Al with no fuss. Very professional, no stress. Service indicators reset properly. More

Great Experience Hawthorne Chevy sales and service staff are the best I've found anywhere and are true professionals. They know their cars and trucks, but more importa Hawthorne Chevy sales and service staff are the best I've found anywhere and are true professionals. They know their cars and trucks, but more importantly, they know how to address their customer's needs both when purchasing a vehicle and having it serviced. So far I've purchased three cars at Hawthorne. Certainly check out other dealers. You'll find that many are rather pushy and don't genuinely care about their potential customers, unless there's a sale involved. Not only does Hawthorne have a larger selection, they know how to accommodate all of their customer's desires. P.S. The cappuccino is also pretty darn good too ! More
