I went to Heizer to get my flat tire replaced under warranty. I'm usually very happy with them, but this time they did not have the correct tire for my vehicle in stock, resulting in a somewhat wasted warranty. I'm usually very happy with them, but this time they did not have the correct tire for my vehicle in stock, resulting in a somewhat wasted trip. It would have made more sense for them to check if the correct wheel was in stock before scheduling my appointment. Instead I had them patch my tire and complete a tire rotation which they did with their usual efficiency and skill. Still satisfied, but a bit more preparation ahead of time would be nice. More
