Very happy with this dealership. Low pressure, good price, best overall experience I had while shopping so I bought the car from them. We've been doming to Subaru of Wakefield for 13 years, and have always appreciated the friendly atmosphere. This is our 3rd car purchased from this dealership. Al has always been professional, and easy to talk to. His relaxed, no pressure attitude allowed us to decide which car we wanted with peace of mind. Al was great, from the time we stopped in without an appointment to the end of the deal, where he ran us through all the features of the car, and even helped setup the Bluetooth. And Erica was extremely helpful as Al was tending to another customer. Unlike some dealerships, you will always be welcomed at Subaru of Wakefield. We were not there for service this time, but have been bringing our cars in for service since we bought our first car here. The service department has always been friendly and fair. More

The people were very friendly and helpful, Perry was my sales person and he was very good, he explained all the options on Subaru legacy, and reviewed the Subaru booklet with me and demonstrated all the av sales person and he was very good, he explained all the options on Subaru legacy, and reviewed the Subaru booklet with me and demonstrated all the available features in the car, then said if I had additional questions after I had the car for a few days just call him and we would go over the features again,(good customer service). He negotiated a good lease with me and my wife, benefit goes to Subaru, but I was happy with the deal. Also Chris Robertson and Al Mazin where very helpful, Al, did the paper work on my old lease. As soon as I reached Subaru of Wakefield, Al Mazin greeted me, introduced himself and asked if he could help me. When I told him I was just looking, he backed off, said if I had any questions or probl greeted me, introduced himself and asked if he could help me. When I told him I was just looking, he backed off, said if I had any questions or problems he'd be around, either in the showroom or on the lot. I liked that he didn't push me or hang around, but let me browse around the cars observing for myself the features that were available since I purchased my last Forester twelve years ago. When I fell in love with the Marine Blue Pearl Forester of my dreams, I sought Al out. We sat down, talked about the options I wanted and discussed pricing and payment options. A couple of days later that beautiful Forester was mine, stress free thanks to Al's helpfulness and expertise. More
