My husband and I arrived at the dealership prior to opening time on a holiday. Vinnie saw us in the parking lot and asked us if we needed help. We explained that we drove 100+ miles to look at a gent opening time on a holiday. Vinnie saw us in the parking lot and asked us if we needed help. We explained that we drove 100+ miles to look at a gently used car. He was very gracious opening up the store early, and encouraging us to take the car for a drive. He came close to our budget, allowing us to make the decision at that moment to purchase the car. Joe, Chris, and Al were all very friendly and helpful. Al spent quite a bit of time with us explaining the features of the car on the day we picked up the car. I am very happy with my Subaru and would definitely do business at Subaru Wakefield again! More

My husband and I went to Subaru of Wakefield after we had visited another Subaru Dealership in the area, which was where I bought my last Subaru. At the first dealership I went to, I was not treated as a val visited another Subaru Dealership in the area, which was where I bought my last Subaru. At the first dealership I went to, I was not treated as a valued customer, and I was disappointed with their professionalism. We stopped at Subaru of Wakefield on our way our of town, and we were immediately greeted by Al Mazin and we sat down to talk about purchasing a new car. We told him we had about an hour, and just from watching us drive in, he already knew what kind of car I had to trade in and was able to quickly give us a quote, which he bettered with our exact "magic numbers" to seal the deal. We were in and out in a hour, and couldn't be happier. We purchased a brand new 2014 Forester and the delivery process was even better than the buying process. We were greeted by the business manager, Chris Robertson who had all of our paperwork ready and quickly completed the process. There were no pushy sales pitches to add-on unnecessary items. After we finished our paperwork with Chris, Al took probably around 30 minutes to show us everything about our new Forester that we needed to know. He showed us how all the buttons work, the difference features, the seats, the keys, the locking system, went over all the warning lights, programed our date and time display, even programmed my cell phone to the car's blue tooth and added my husbands phone number into the pre-set memory. He walked us through the service department, introduced us to the Service Manager and explained the maintenance schedule and all the contact information we needed. He even called my cell phone after we left so I could answer through the car's blue tooth, to make sure I had no questions. We have never had a better car experience, and we will definitely buy our next car from Subaru of Wakefield! More

Al Mazin was very straight forward and no nonsense. We went in knowing what car we wanted, what we were willing to pay and what our trade was worth. We were able to sign the paperwork in less than 2 hour went in knowing what car we wanted, what we were willing to pay and what our trade was worth. We were able to sign the paperwork in less than 2 hours within $300 of what we wanted to spend. When we brought our trade 2 warning lights were on despite our best efforts to have it fixed and the lights off ahead of time and Vinny the sales manager did not make a big deal of it or even mention taking the value of our trade down. This is the second time we've purchased a car here and it will be our first stop for every car from now on. Far superior to Ira in Danvers. More

Went to Subaru of Wakefield for our second Subaru Impreza and our second experience with Al Mazin. After going to another brand's dealership, I was disappointed at how I was treated. So, I returned to Al and and our second experience with Al Mazin. After going to another brand's dealership, I was disappointed at how I was treated. So, I returned to Al and had another wonderful experience with him. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and then worked with me to stay on my budget. I trust his advice and I believe he genuinely wants to help people find the right car for them. I will certainly send family and friends to Al in the future! More
