When I needed to replace my much-loved beaten up '96 Volvo, I had my heart set on another Volvo. After nearly being sold a complete lemon by 128 Volvo, I came to Wakefield Subaru and got a good deal on Volvo, I had my heart set on another Volvo. After nearly being sold a complete lemon by 128 Volvo, I came to Wakefield Subaru and got a good deal on a '09 Impreza with only 7,500 miles. The detailing department even went to the trouble to completely get rid of the lingering cigarette smoke scent left behind by the previous owner (I've had the car for a couple of weeks now, and you'd never know it had been chain-smoked in). Al Mazin was great to work with, and didn't pressure me or my mother (she actually bought her Subaru from Al a few years ago). I would highly recommend buying from Wakefield Subaru and working with Al! More

I went to several different dealerships and I did not receive any service even close to as good as the service provided by Al Mazin. First, my mom already knew him and suggested him. Then during our test receive any service even close to as good as the service provided by Al Mazin. First, my mom already knew him and suggested him. Then during our test drive he was so knowledgeable about the car and showing us its many features. At the other dealerships I had to ask all the questions. You could tell Al knew what he was talking about. He was also very personable and friendly. He also was not one of those dealers who try to force you to buy their car. Once I got the car Al made sure to show me all the features again including the bluetooth, which I had no idea how to operate. Al stayed 4 hours late at work that day just so I could pick up my car after work. I really appreciate his dedication to his clients and hope to do business with him again in the future. More

I had bought 3 cars from them in under two and a half years so I came in with a chip on my shoulder. Al Mazin was terrific. He was patient, listened to what I said and worked to make the deal close. This is my third Subaru I have purchased from Subaru of Wakefield. Although there are two closer Subaru dealerships in proximity to where I live, I choose to drive the extra distance to Wakefield due to th Wakefield. I have been a customer at this Dealership for years now. I recently had a really bad accident and my car was totaled. After mourning my Suburu which I had hoped to get to 200,000 miles, and I had named.. I recently had a really bad accident and my car was totaled. After mourning my Suburu which I had hoped to get to 200,000 miles, and I had named.....I had to get another vehicle. For years, whenever I went for service and was in the waiting area next to the showroom, I saw Al Mazin and he came over to talk on occasion. After bad past experiences it meant a lot to me that the Sales people here are here for years. They don't disappear after you buy your car. The Service people are the same....same intake people for years... they are so good and caring. I think of them like friends. I have been eyeing the Legacy now for a long time. Al was so very nice and helped me through everything and showed so much patience while I did my usual procrastination....and eased me through the trauma. I was confident I got the best deal I could and confident he knew what he was talking about. My Suburu kept me from getting hurt worse and their safety rating, which is second to none, keeps me coming back. I love love love my new Legacy. It has features I didn't even expect. It is a class act and I just love it. Al is such a nice man and I know he'll be there if I have to come back. I already know the Service team will!! Al Was so incredible, helping us purchase a new Subaru after our VERY old one died unexpectedly and we weren't sure if we were even in a financial position to purchase a car. He worked out everything for us, got us the maximum value for our old car and was able to come up with a solution for us the same day and we took home the new car 24 hours later. He turned a transaction we were very nervous and stressed about and turned it into a GREAT experience. He even bought our baby animal crackers out of the vending machine and gave her a balloon. We couldn't be happier and we go back for service all the time. More

I worked with Al to purchase a used car. Personally, I think this was a greater challenge from a sales perspective because Al was selling a product that he's not familiar with.
