I Came in for a used car and was shown vehicles in my price range without any pressure. My sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. I found a vehicle I was comfortable with and explained that I wanted price range without any pressure. My sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the paperwork was given to me and the purchase was completed within 2 days with no problems. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I have received. He went the extra mile researching other possibilities; so that I could still obtain a leased car, even though it could not be through him and Subaru of Wakefield. I called Subaru of Wakefield after an unpleasant experience with another local Subaru dealer. After speaking with Al Mazin I decided to go see him about buying my next (my fifth) Subaru. Al gree experience with another local Subaru dealer. After speaking with Al Mazin I decided to go see him about buying my next (my fifth) Subaru. Al greeted me warmly and right away I felt that he would be the right person to deal with. He listened to my needs and concerns. He was attentive and understanding. He knew what I wanted and was willing to help me through the entire process. He stayed with me and kept me informed and was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. Al made buying my new Subaru a pleasant and stress-free experience. I got a great deal on a great car. Al introduced me to the sales manager, the business manager, and the service manager. Everyone was very nice and the dealership had a friendly, almost family-like feeling. Even the few customers who were waiting for their cars to be serviced were happy and friendly. They found me a great financing rate and handled all the paperwork without pressuring me for anything and certainly made that part easy for me as everything was easily explained and all of my questions were answered. Subaru of Wakefield made buying a new Subaru a pleasant experience. I will return to Subaru of Wakefield for my next car and will insist that anyone else I know go there to shop for their next car. Al Mazin has great work-ethic and pride in what he does. He came in to deliver my car on his day off! Very friendly people at the dealership. He was quick and set the right expectations moving through the purchase process. Jon Coill is on top of emails and does a good job following up with offers to help. They did a a good job preparing my car for pickup the day after I purchased but there were a few minor things they missed as far as unwrapping the car. It's possible that being a brand new model, they were not very familiar with it yet. This was not a huge bother, I was able to easily remove any remaining plastic and install some plugs under the chassis in very little time. More

Mr. Mazin was recommened to us by a friend. Even though Al was busy the day I went to see him he was very pleasant and helpful. He was the same during the entire purchase of the vechile. I bought a Subaru Forester in 2001. When it was recently time to buy a 2012 Forester, I went back to the same salesman, Al Mazin. Al promptly answered everyone of my questions. Once I decided exactly whic time to buy a 2012 Forester, I went back to the same salesman, Al Mazin. Al promptly answered everyone of my questions. Once I decided exactly which car I wanted, Al worked with his manager; they located "my" and got it to their dealership the next day. Al was leaving on vacation and he worked diligently to make sure that I was able to take delivery before he left. He has been completely honest and helpful in all my dealings with him. It matters to Al that I am entirely satisfied with my purchase. I trust my car purchases to Al Mazin and I think you should too! More
