For years, whenever I went for service and was in the waiting area next to the showroom, I saw Al Mazin and he came over to talk on occasion. After bad past experiences it meant a lot to me that the Sales people here are here for years. They don't disappear after you buy your car. The Service people are the same....same intake people for years... they are so good and caring. I think of them like friends. I have been eyeing the Legacy now for a long time. Al was so very nice and helped me through everything and showed so much patience while I did my usual procrastination....and eased me through the trauma. I was confident I got the best deal I could and confident he knew what he was talking about. My Suburu kept me from getting hurt worse and their safety rating, which is second to none, keeps me coming back. I love love love my new Legacy. It has features I didn't even expect. It is a class act and I just love it. Al is such a nice man and I know he'll be there if I have to come back. I already know the Service team will!! He worked out everything for us, got us the maximum value for our old car and was able to come up with a solution for us the same day and we took home the new car 24 hours later. He turned a transaction we were very nervous and stressed about and turned it into a GREAT experience. He even bought our baby animal crackers out of the vending machine and gave her a balloon. We couldn't be happier and we go back for service all the time. More

I worked with Al to purchase a used car. Personally, I think this was a greater challenge from a sales perspective because Al was selling a product that he's not familiar with.
