I was extremely satisfied with the new car buying process. Al Mazin took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about my new Subaru Outback. Al actually called Apple because he process. Al Mazin took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about my new Subaru Outback. Al actually called Apple because he wasn't able to download my contacts from my IPhone to the Bluetooth. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Love my new Subaru. Total experience was just fine. Al Mazin was great to do business with. I was able to pick up my new car within a couple of days. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Everyone I dealt with was generally friendly and helpful. They are experienced, have been there a long time and know the product well. They are less pushy than many car dealers (for example they accept no to the extended service plan almost the first time you say it), but still play the price negotiation and added fee games most dealers do. I don't know why one specific car can not have one specific actual selling price, clearly displayed. Everything else we buy has a price tag, so why don't cars? If two people buy the same car, they should pay the same price for it. The answer to "How much is the car?" should be one simple number. Everyone who asks about the same car shoudl get the same answer. Straight forward, honest, up front pricing is something the entire car industry needs to make the car buying process pleasant, game free and less time consuming. Once the deal is done, then they are your best friend, so why not make the pricing honest and be your best friend from the start ? Otherwise, I think this dealership is truely interested in customer satisfaction and earning your repeat business. More

Buying our Subaru Outback at Subaru of Wakefield was a painless process. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership were friendly and courteous. They were also child friendly which was great since our painless process. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership were friendly and courteous. They were also child friendly which was great since our 8 year old daughter was with us and she was content throughout everything. Our first trip to the dealership was a few months prior to the day we actually bought the car. During our "window shopping" trip we met Al Mazin who spent time with us explaining the difference between the different subaru cars as we were interested in the Forester ( which we owned an old), the Outback and Tibeca. We were not ready to commit at that time and there was no pressure by Al, despite his spending time with us. When we decided we were ready to buy, we made sure to return to Al Mazin. Al was very thorough explaining everything both prior to buying our car and after during his walk through of the car features when we picked it up. The process of buying a car from test driving both the Outback and Forester to financing our auto loan was stress free which is extremely important for my health reasons (which i did not reveal), so i was very thankful and slightly surprised as it's not your typical auto buying experience. This is My second subaru and my husband says he would like to replace his current car (ford) with a Subaru in a few years when we are able to. We are big fans of Subaru and Subaru of Wakefield. More

Upon arrival at the dealership, all of the dealer personnel were friendly and helpful. Al was immediately available to complete my delivery process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in going over everything with me. He introduced me to the service department personnel and gave me a lot of great information. The vehicle was in perfect condition and the process was done in a very timely manner. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks Al. More

When I needed to replace my much-loved beaten up '96 Volvo, I had my heart set on another Volvo. After nearly being sold a complete lemon by 128 Volvo, I came to Wakefield Subaru and got a good deal on Volvo, I had my heart set on another Volvo. After nearly being sold a complete lemon by 128 Volvo, I came to Wakefield Subaru and got a good deal on a '09 Impreza with only 7,500 miles. The detailing department even went to the trouble to completely get rid of the lingering cigarette smoke scent left behind by the previous owner (I've had the car for a couple of weeks now, and you'd never know it had been chain-smoked in). Al Mazin was great to work with, and didn't pressure me or my mother (she actually bought her Subaru from Al a few years ago). I would highly recommend buying from Wakefield Subaru and working with Al! More

I went to several different dealerships and I did not receive any service even close to as good as the service provided by Al Mazin. First, my mom already knew him and suggested him. Then during our test receive any service even close to as good as the service provided by Al Mazin. First, my mom already knew him and suggested him. Then during our test drive he was so knowledgeable about the car and showing us its many features. At the other dealerships I had to ask all the questions. You could tell Al knew what he was talking about. He was also very personable and friendly. He also was not one of those dealers who try to force you to buy their car. Once I got the car Al made sure to show me all the features again including the bluetooth, which I had no idea how to operate. Al stayed 4 hours late at work that day just so I could pick up my car after work. I really appreciate his dedication to his clients and hope to do business with him again in the future. More
