When my vehicle came in he took the time to explain all the features of the Starlink software and where all the bells and whistles were and what they did. He even checked-in to ensure I have experienced NO issues given the recent snow storms.  I just hope my service experience will be even close to the experience I had with Al! More

I saw the car advertised online, and wa I recently purchased a used 2015 Scion/Toyota FRS (same as a Subaru BRZ) from Al Pagliarulo at Patrick Subaru. I saw the car advertised online, and walked in for a test drive without setting up an appointment. Al was great, I was in and out in about 2 hours with all of the paperwork done. I picked up the car a few days later and have enjoyed it since. Would definitely return. More

Over the top great buying experience I leased a fully loaded Outback, my first Subaru and my first time with all these gadgets. I literally came in 3 different times to test drive it befo I leased a fully loaded Outback, my first Subaru and my first time with all these gadgets. I literally came in 3 different times to test drive it before agreeing to lease it (test driving many other brands). I'm sure this drove the salesman crazy, but he never showed it if it did. I felt my salesman was a typical salesman until I leased the vehicle. He is now my go-to guy. He sat in the car with me for over an hour (at which time I had to leave, not him), to go over every little thing the car could do and how I could modify it to my liking. He was so detail oriented, I couldn't believe it. Neither my husband or I had ever had a dealer sit there and go over how the car worked in our entire lives, especially after the deal was already made. I highly recommend Al at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. (And I highly recommend the Outback!). More
