Before going there, I went to all the local Subaru dealers and found them dif I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. Before going there, I went to all the local Subaru dealers and found them difficult to work with, full of smarmy salespeople and ultimately had my time wasted when they didn't have the car I was looking for in stock and weren't willing to work with me on my trade. After a few online exchanges, it was clear that Patrick Subaru would offer a better experience. Before even going to the dealer, they evaluated my trade and sent me pictures of the car I was looking for. I purchased the car on a busy Saturday with my dog, Winnie, in tow. Everyone a the dealer made me feel welcome, valued my time and were incredibly sweet with my dog. Not 90 minutes after walking in the door, I had signed the paperwork for my new Subaru Outback and trade feeling great about the deal I got and without any stress whatsoever. I picked up my car two days later, and they had put in my all weather mats (it had just snowed) and spend time walking through all the features of the vehicle with me. I couldn't be happier with my new car or my experience with Al and all the great people at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury! I've bought a lot of cars over the years, but no dealership has ever been this easy to work with OR nice.
