great outback/great experience had an 09 outback that had a early demise and needed a car asap. went to patrick subaru and Al Pagliarulo quickly showed me a 2014 which i loved. Afte had an 09 outback that had a early demise and needed a car asap. went to patrick subaru and Al Pagliarulo quickly showed me a 2014 which i loved. After further discussion and a test drive in a 2016 outback it was determined it was the car for me. That was friday evening. By 5p saturday i was driving home in my new car. Couldnt be happier More

A magical buying experience! The lease on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek was ending, so I started shopping around for a new one. I returned to my original dealer first, but was not able The lease on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek was ending, so I started shopping around for a new one. I returned to my original dealer first, but was not able to get to a price at all close to what I was looking for. That night, I gave a call over to Patrick Subaru on the recommendation of a friend ... and I am so glad that I did! Tri answered the phone and we chatted about my experience. I was exact in what I was looking for and what it would take to get me into a new lease on a 2016 Crosstrek. He took down some information and said that he would call me back promptly after checking into some things. Tri contacted me about a half hour later was some pretty impressive numbers, well-exceeding my expectations! It didn't take me long to decide that Patrick Subaru was the dealership for me! The one issue is that I am not local to Shrewsbury. This did not pose a problem, though, as we were able to negotiate the entire deal over the phone, including approximating the value of my trade-in and upgrading all the speakers in the car. The following day, Al called me to continue the sales process. We had a good chat and I could tell that Al was passionate about the vehicle. We arranged a time that worked around my schedule to complete the sale. I arrived at Patrick Subaru a couple of days later, by which time Al had already had the speakers upgraded, the vehicle detailed and ready for me, and all insurance paperwork done. I spent a couple of hours at the dealership, mostly going over the new features in the vehicle. Patrick Subaru exceeded my expectations for any dealership. I highly recommend checking them out, even if they are not local to you. I don't doubt that every member of their team is as excellent as Tri and Al! Their knowledge the product, commitment to customers, and welcoming demeanor can only be compared to an experience at Disney World -- truly magical! Thanks, guys! I can't wait to return for my next Subaru. More

First time buyer at Patrick I made a Black Friday 2015 purchase that was ultimately finalized weeks later when my custom ordered Forester became available to take delivery of. It's the vehicle I wanted at about $250 more than I wanted to pay for it (I settled instead of further haggling). THINGS I LIKED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: Fair initial upfront pricing for my specific needs including exact model and accessories Non-pushy salesman (Al Pagliarulo) Speed with which vehicle became available to me (3 weeks for custom order) THINGS I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: No incentives offered on vehicle (ok, fine) but also no incentive or perk offered for Black Friday initiative/promotion. No oil changes, tire rotations, complimentary care programs, exclusives (free tires, batteries for X amt of time) offered with purchase of vehicle. How do you not offer even oil changes? Or discounts on rental cars if repairs needed? Or any incentive after major purchase..? My used car purchase of a 2012 Toyota Prius from Harbro Auto (Whitinsville, Ma.) this past March came w 3 free oil changes. My new car purchase of a 2008 Pontiac G6 from Vendetti Motors (Franklin, Ma.) in Dec 2007 came w an oil change and car wash booklet. You get the point.. The TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was tripped w indicator light on upon taking receipt of the brand new vehicle. I went back at my convenience 2 days later and waited about 2 hours for resolution that I was told would take 20 mins or less (service Dept took me in immediately) Cross bars for roof rack were not installed upon receipt of vehicle. Shoutout to salesman Al Pagliarulo for ushering it into service to be installed before we left! Only 3 months of satellite radio. Probably not a Subaru thing; however, when pitching the vehicle you do hear things like "equipped w satellite radio which comes loaded w personalized stations". I frown on advertising accessories and such that require a paid membership in such a short time upon purchase. More

Couldn't be better! I just bought my first Subaru and wish I'd stumbled into Patrick Subaru and Al Pagliarulo long ago. Guess it took the impetus of the winter of 2015 to I just bought my first Subaru and wish I'd stumbled into Patrick Subaru and Al Pagliarulo long ago. Guess it took the impetus of the winter of 2015 to think about all wheel drive cars! At any rate, Al was efficient and friendly and low-key and gave me plenty of time to wander around the Outbacks, obsessing over interior and exterior colors, and then ordered the car I wanted with constant check-ins over the 2 month wait to inform me about what was happening and when it was due. I picked it up just in time for the first snowfall and loved feeling completely in control. I'd recommend Subarus and Al at Patrick Motors to everyone. More

Great Team Work/Five Star Sales Service My wife was rear ended two weeks before Christmas. We found out the car was totaled on a Friday afternoon and I contacted Patrick Subaru the next day, Saturday afternoon. We negotiated the entire deal over the phone. We were able to get the exact car my wife wanted at a great price. There was no haggling, they were great to work with. We were under a tight timeline and needed the car 2 days later on Monday. They took care of everything. When we arrived Monday the car was detailed, gassed up and ready to go. I cant say enough good things about our Salesman Al Pagliarulo and all the people we dealt with. They've continued to follow-up to make sure everything is perfect with the car. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More

Another Forester in my life I stopped in at Patrick Motors to find out if any 2015 Foresters were still available as I wanted to buy my 4th Subaru. I met and dealt with Al Pagli I stopped in at Patrick Motors to find out if any 2015 Foresters were still available as I wanted to buy my 4th Subaru. I met and dealt with Al Pagliarulo and was informed that they were all gone and we went from there in a very low key, no pressure discussion and purchase of a 2016 Forester. Al did everything possible to make this purchase enjoyable and to make sure that I was comfortable through-out the process and afterward as well. This is my third Forester purchased through Patrick Motors and every experience here has been pleasant. In my estimation, you cannot want a better sales and service dealership than Patrick Motors. More
