I love this place. There is coffee, hot chocolate and free sodas to enjoy and big, fat comfy armchairs to sit in. I would like to mention that Lexus of Orlando offers warm cookies and a panini sandwich to its customers ( we winter in Florida) but I know things are different in the northeast so I don't hold it against Hoffman. The service department always brings my car back serviced, vacuumed, washed and ready to go. In 13 years they have never once done a poor j on. I love it. It's one of the few responsibilties in life I don't have to think about. I have bought a new Lexus from Hoffman every other year since 2004. All the salesmen, managers and technicians are friendly and competent. I can't ask fir more. More
