Alain was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our biggest dissatisfaction was with the required BrakeStar and etching. Since we bought a two year old vehicle that was originally purchased at Ste Our biggest dissatisfaction was with the required BrakeStar and etching. Since we bought a two year old vehicle that was originally purchased at Steve's, we thought the original owner had already paid for those two things, and we wouldn't be charged for those. The only other dissatisfaction was with the extended warranty. At almost three thousand dollars, this seemed a little extreme. A few days after getting home with the car, we had some questions about extended warranties, and we got a call from Matt with some cheaper options. We appreciated that information, and we are considering those options now. More
