Cindy, We were gracious enough to agree to a refund on a nonrefundable product. The products and services that were put on your vehicle can not be removed, we have sent you a breakdown along with the RO of how much the application cost and you are still unsatisfied. We do not have any issues with our scheduling and can still see your appointment in the computer system to this day, as we have told you on the several occasions we have met with you on these issues. Your refund will be sent to your bank, whom the car loan is through, and we hope you are more satisfied with the next dealership.

No I am not satisfied. The breakdown you sent just had 5 hours of time which is the SAME as the reapply. Each application has the same process. Therefore what you have stated is not accurate. For the issue of “seeing” my appointment, that is easy to coverup after the fact. 3 separate people could not find the appointment prior to the date of the appointment. You may see it now that the “work” was signed off as complete.
