Rude to me and caused me to leave in tears. Refused to service my car and finish the service they already started. Talked about me with other employees In Front of customers and threatened to call the pol service my car and finish the service they already started. Talked about me with other employees In Front of customers and threatened to call the police on me because I didn’t want to leave. All I wanted them to do is finish the work they started. I have been fighting to get them to find the oil consumption issue with my car for several months now. This employee and Jeff have to be the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. I was told I couldn’t come back so I’m contacting legal service and the news channel 8. Maybe one day they will learn how to treat Sal’s customers. And realize that people like me are who pays their salary. If I could give ZERO stars I would More

Boz, Nicole, Jonathan and Alaina were fantastic. Everyone is very pleasant and U don’t get that everywhere. Everyone was courteous, professional and very nice. pathetic follow up with issues on sales process. sub par service department and communications. even with the many times I had been in there for repeat issues, not once did I get "I am sorry ". even from th service department and communications. even with the many times I had been in there for repeat issues, not once did I get "I am sorry ". even from the owner - SAL. every time I had set an appointment they were never able to find it upon arrival. the re-apply of the eco block is still debatable if it was ever done, which also makes me wonder if the regular service (Oil change and tire rotation) was even completed properly. they said they would do a prorated refund of the ecoblock even though they said it was something they normally don't do. the system was 600.00 (rounded from 599.00 for a 5 year plan. there was a total of 10 applications and each application takes 4 hours. I had only had 2 (1 in question which means I had 8 additional. my math is 60.00 per application times 8 additional comes to 480.00. they said they were sending me 178.00. they said it was because the first application takes 4 hours to complete which cost 395.00. no matter how you figure it, their calculations are not valid. I replied back that each time regardless of the initial or reapply it takes 4 hours. they have not replied back since I sent that on Monday 1-25. which further proves they have a serious lack of customer service. They worked hard to get us a good deal but made you feel strange for asking questions. Salesmen was knowledgeable but with having things already done ahead of time it still took over 2 hours to get things strange for asking questions.
