Surprise! Bought a Caddie! Hated the idea of needing a new car, visited a few dealerships, test drove crossovers since I didn’t want a car, didn’t want another big SUV. Sure, why not. Walked in on Sunday morning, met Alan Berkowitz and he showed us around. Told him we probably weren’t Cadillac people because of the cost, he was cool. Told him what we wanted, walked around the showroom, sat in an XR5 and didn’t want to get out! Sat in his office, Alan was knowledgeable, patient, answered our questions and “why not”, we test drove an XT5. I wanted to feel safe, I wanted something solid and my husband didn’t want to worry about me on I 95 everyday going to work. NO comparison to what we test drove - I felt safe, comfortable, and there was no going back. Alan knew we were still worried about price but he made the numbers work, it made sense, and when he “welcomed us to the Cadillac family”, I felt like I was home. LISA Keleher More

We fell in love with it! We were interested in leasing a Cadillac XT5 ever since seeing it on the road and also in the commercials on television so, today, we took a ride to t We were interested in leasing a Cadillac XT5 ever since seeing it on the road and also in the commercials on television so, today, we took a ride to the Ed Morse Cadillac Dealership where we were greeted by Alan Berkowitz. His warmth and friendliness had us from "hello!" We went inside and he showed us the car. We took it for a test drive and our desire to own this car was clinched! We sat with Alan and went over various payment options, chose the best one for us, and after being shown all of the XT5's "bells and whistles" we drove off in our new car! Alan took care of EVERYTHING! He even helped us clean out our older car, removed various stickers that needed to be transferred to the new XT5, and even went as far as installing our NY Yankees license plate frame on our new car.....even though he's a Phillies fan! We couldn't have been happier with the ease of the purchase, Alan's patience with us when dealing with our questions, his warmth and sense of humor, and the overall satisfaction we received with everyone we came into contact with at Ed Morse Cadillac.
