Surprise! Bought a Caddie! Hated the idea of needing a new car, visited a few dealerships, test drove crossovers since I didn’t want a car, didn’t want another big SUV. Not thri Hated the idea of needing a new car, visited a few dealerships, test drove crossovers since I didn’t want a car, didn’t want another big SUV. Not thrilled with anything yet, try Cadillac? Sure, why not. Walked in on Sunday morning, met Alan Berkowitz and he showed us around. Told him we probably weren’t Cadillac people because of the cost, he was cool. Told him what we wanted, walked around the showroom, sat in an XR5 and didn’t want to get out! Sat in his office, Alan was knowledgeable, patient, answered our questions and “why not”, we test drove an XT5. I wanted to feel safe, I wanted something solid and my husband didn’t want to worry about me on I 95 everyday going to work. NO comparison to what we test drove - I felt safe, comfortable, and there was no going back. Alan knew we were still worried about price but he made the numbers work, it made sense, and when he “welcomed us to the Cadillac family”, I felt like I was home. LISA Keleher More
