He tried to make things as easy as possible, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Called Alan (who was recommended to us) and he had the car pulled out and ready for us to look at and test drive when we arrived. It met our needs and we started the purchase process right away. It was as painless as possible. Alan then went thru all the numerous bells and whistles on the car. He clearly explained how to use everything and set up all the functions as needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We were then turned over to the Finance department. James Owens handled our transaction. He too was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the numerous forms we had to sign and moved the process along smoothly. We thank both of these gentlemen for their efficiency, patience and sense of humor.
