I didn't have a problem with Service at all. They did a wonderful job on my car. My problem was with Sales. 2-3 days prior to my appointment, I received a call from their dept trying to get me i They did a wonderful job on my car. My problem was with Sales. 2-3 days prior to my appointment, I received a call from their dept trying to get me in to trade in my truck. I specifically stated that I wasn't trying to get another Jeep due to certain reasons and the rep on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem because they had 3 locations that could possibly accommodate me. This was not the case when I arrived because when Adam attempted to sale me a car, he first started off with my note would have to go up $200 more, which is not a great selling point to begin with, then when I explained to him that I wasn't trying to get a Jeep, he blew me off by saying, "Well, that's what I sell...you want a Durango?" Shook my hand and walked off. Totally unprofessional. If I was in the market for another vehicle, I DEFINITELY won't be coming back to see him. AT ALL. More
