We bought a pre-owned car that we found online from Jennings. We worked with Fuad. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & straight-forward. Robert helped us to finance the car- he was also very straight- Jennings. We worked with Fuad. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & straight-forward. This was our third dealership that we worked with- and our last! We will only be purchasing cars from Jennings from now on!! More

Sales service was very good; it was attentive without making me feel pressured. It was nice to feel like I could look around at the selection and take my time. Jennings is hands-down, the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. The welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walked in was very pleasing, and unlike any car dealer we have been to. When we called them to inquire about a car we'd liked, Alain Bondi called us several times to let us know he was looking forward to seeing us and indicated that he had exactly what we were looking for and was willing to work with us. We had no regrets driving to this showroom which was an hour away from our house. The showroom is clean, comfortable and all the staff are super-nice. Jerry Perberg our salesman was by-far the nicest salesman we've dealt with. Jerry was very friendly, not at all over-bearing, nor pushy. He showed us everything about the car we were looking for and then stepped away to let us make our decision. He is just the right kind of salesman that every car dealership must have. The negotiation was smooth and meaningful. We loved the price and knew we had a good deal. The entire experience was wonderful. Would recommend driving to these guys to check out a car any day. More

Drove 2,100 miles around the country. From Illinois to West Virginia then to North Carolina and back to Illinois. The car rode like a champion and I was at ease the whole time knowing that Nick Garcia did West Virginia then to North Carolina and back to Illinois. Jerry Perberg went with us on the test drive, and was excellent at going over every feature and detail of the vehicle. He gave us plenty of time to make sure the car seat and stroller fit in the car. Follow-up calls and e-mails with Jerry were extremely pleasant, and after the decision to purchase was made, he had a majority of the paperwork ready for us upon arrival to minimize the amount of time we were there. Recommend to anyone looking for a car to work with Jerry. More

I was a first time car buyer and went to Jennings on my search for my first vehicle purchase. I started online and got a prompt and thorough response to my inquiry. When I arrived in person, they did every search for my first vehicle purchase. I started online and got a prompt and thorough response to my inquiry. An overall terrible experience....Alain Bondi was a very nice fella but quickly shuffled me to Lenny Hack who is just not worthy to be a salesman, he gets defensive if you bring something up about a vehicle nice fella but quickly shuffled me to Lenny Hack who is just not worthy to be a salesman, he gets defensive if you bring something up about a vehicle and was rude at more than one point and at one point I couldn't believe he would actually say something like he said to me, the customer. Very unprofessional. The vehicle I purchased was supposed to go through a "115 point inspection" but clearly it hadn't so beware. The front brake pads were replaced but the rotors weren't turned, the front upper control arms were bad...boots torn and joints popping, half of the instrument cluster gauges don't work correctly,(a common problem on this vehicle) I test drove the vehicle in the city up to 45 mph...bad idea. After all was said and one I drove it away and got on the highway and when I hit 60 mph I felt in danger from the violent shaking from the vehicle. Turns out the two drivers side wheels were bent...and bent beyond balancing. Lastly the carfax said "no accidents" but the truck had clearly been hit, the front fenders and hood were replaced and painted and the right bedside was replaced and painted also. Never again will I trust a carfax! And to top it all off after a month the a/c starting working randomly...not good when it's 95+ degrees out. Also the two used car sales managers who said multiple times they would help me could never seem to call me back. I can't recall the first man I spoke to but he said he would call and never did. And when I went to get the vehicle registered after having it three weeks the title still wasn't ready....and they had the vehicle on their lot for 2.5 months! The office gals got it handled fast though so kudos to them. After speaking to one office gal she had me call Ray Morris and when I spoke to him he was all about helping me. But when I called back to say how much it would cost and left a message he never returned my call. Overall just a poor place to deal with, they claim family owned for 50+ years but never again would I buy a vehicle there or recommend them to anyone. More
