We entered into this car purchase not knowing what brand or model we were looking for, let alone what dealership we were going to deal with. We were looking at the Equinox, Tucson, CRV and a few others in t or model we were looking for, let alone what dealership we were going to deal with. We were looking at the Equinox, Tucson, CRV and a few others in the same category. I started my search late on a Saturday night and received a reply from Jennings very quickly. I was thankful that most of the correspondence was done by e-mail and everyone respected the fact that we were still researching. Since the dealership is close by, my daughters and I made an unscheduled visit to test drive an Equinox. We did not feel rushed and test drove a number of models. Once we had decided on the Equinox, most negotiations took place by e-mail which save a lot of time and energy. We felt that we were given a very fair price from the start so it made our decision to go with an Equinox from Jennings a relatively easy one. The actual purchase of the Equinox was quick and efficient. My wife and I did not feel pressured into additional purchases which is the part of car buying I normally dread. Throughout the entire process everybody involved was friendly, courteous and professional. At no point did we experience the pushiness or pressure I have normally associated with car buying. I would heartily recommend Jennings Chevrolet. More

I had a very positive experience at Jennings from the initial contact through its website asking about a specific car and its availability to completing the sale paperwork and driving the car off the lot initial contact through its website asking about a specific car and its availability to completing the sale paperwork and driving the car off the lot two days later. Working with Abu Badar was great. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process stress-free. I can really tell that at Jennings, customer service is a top priority. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to complete the sale and pick up the car. The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago, but after my experience with Jennings I will not wait as long again. More

Jennings Chevrolet is the place to buy your next vehicle! We traveled from southern Ohio to the Chicago/Glenview area to purchase a certified pre-owned 2011 AWD Chevy Traverse LT. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle and with the service we received at Jennings. We would have given five stars in all categories, but we did have some hiccups in the process. However, despite these unforeseen issues, Jennings definitely went the extra mile to make things right. Specifically, the manager ensured we were pleased and Jerry Perberg provided exceptional service. They were both very courteous, honest, and fair. Jerry even e-mailed and called us the following day to make sure we made it back to Ohio safely! Often people have concerns when buying a new (or new-to-you) vehicle. The process can seem intimidating and people fear they will be taken advantage of or make a choice they regret. We can say with confidence that if you go to Jennings, this will NOT be the case! You will receive the vehicle that you want, as described, at a great price, with exceptional customer service. Moreover, we were traveling with our three young children and the dealership was very understanding and accommodating. Our children especially enjoyed the popcorn and bottled water, as well as the designated play room. All of the employees were very kind to our children and made what could have been a long, dreadful experience a rather enjoyable one both from their perspective as children and our perspective as parents. Thank you, Jerry for your time and generous service! You made our trip to Chicago worth the time and money we put into the trip! Go to Jennings! You will be glad you did! More

We enjoyed who we worked with at Jennings. We started negotiating online through Mr. Bondi. Once we got to the dealership we worked with Dominic. He was great!!! Not pushy at all and very down to earth negotiating online through Mr. Bondi. Once we got to the dealership we worked with Dominic. He was great!!! Not pushy at all and very down to earth. I would recommend Dominic to anyone of my family or friends. The only criticism was that once we agreed on a price and the paperwork was filled out we had to wait about an hour to meet with the business office to finish the process. The person we worked with (Davis) was great......but we just didn't like the wait involved. Overall we enjoyed the experience. I had not bought a new car in twelve years and thought it was pretty painless. I especially liked talking price with Mr. Bondi before arriving onsite. Much more comfortable!! More

Chris Mader was great. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Chris was quick to follow up after the purchase and was proactive with a customer service campaign to re knowledgeable while helping me buy the Volt. Alain Bondi was quick to communicate with me regarding pricing for the Volt over email. He was professional and pleasant in person. Bob DiCicco was very friendly at the end of the purchase. He answered my many questions about warranties and made paperwork quick and painless. More

The Experience my wife and I had purchasing our new 2012 Traverse LTZ AWD from Jennings was beyond great. I bout my First car from Jennings in 2001 and did not hesitate when ready to buy my second.The service and staff are amazing. My husband and I have been looking for a used car to use as a "dingy car" to pull behind our motorhome. I did research on the internet to find a car that could be towed four wheels down. The Saturn Vue looked to be the best choice for our situation. I then used the internet to search for a Saturn. I found three cars that looked promising, at three different dealerships. By far the best was Jennings Chevrolet. I was contacted immediately by Al Bondi by email with information on two cars he had on the lot. One thing that stood out for me was when I called to talk with Al on the phone I always got a person to talk with rather than an automated voice message machine. Al was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. He introduced us to salesman, Dan Nozari. Dan was a pleasure to work with. We test drove a well maintained certified Saturn Vue. When working with price Dan was very patient with us and made it very easy for us to strike a deal. The rest of the process went smoothly and we were out the door feeling good about our purchase, our experience with all the people we were introduced to and the knowledge that we will be well taken care of for the duration of our ownership. Dan even called us the next day to see if we had any questions about the car that he could help with and to let us know that we could call him at any time. Thank you Jennings Chevrolet, you have the best employees!!! More
