Not only was he cordial,courteous and spent an exorbitant amount of time answering all questions. He is highly knowledgeable about the Honda CVR. TWo points stood out in our business dealings. Alan followed up in a friendly and cordial manner without ever coming across as the Stereotype Pushy Car Salesman. The second point after we discussed garage door openers, after the CVR was sold,he spent time looking up other Options for us. Last, but not least, I am a Retired Senior Vice President of Sales for a major tabletop company and if still working would have graciously had no reservations about recommending him for a position in our company if it turned out to be a mutual fit. After some initial problems trying to put down a deposit to hold the car for a day until I could come test drive, Javier Figueroa finally facilitated that with a credit card. Then dealing with salesperson Alan Cervantes was pretty straightforward. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Compared to other used car dealers they offered a low doc fee of $175. My only criticism is that some minor paint and plastic scratches and a nick on a tire sidewall could have been disclosed on the listing, but Alan did have it detailed which took care of most of the scratches and the tire nick. Overall I was very happy with the car, and the price! More
