Not only was he cordial,courteous and spent an exorbitant amount of time answering all questions. He is highly knowledgeable about the Honda CVR. TWo points stood out in our business dealings. Alan followed up in a friendly and cordial manner without ever coming across as the Stereotype Pushy Car Salesman. The second point after we discussed garage door openers, after the CVR was sold,he spent time looking up other Options for us. Last, but not least, I am a Retired Senior Vice President of Sales for a major tabletop company and if still working would have graciously had no reservations about recommending him for a position in our company if it turned out to be a mutual fit.
