My experience at Honda of New Rochelle started with a call I put in to inquire about a CRV. The video really set him apart from the other dealers and was able to put a face to the person and made the experience much more humanized. Alan C went above and beyond and provided exceptional service demonstrated all the Honda features and even paired my phone.
