I'm glad I started in the order I did, because after my initial experience at Devon Audi, I quickly confirmed the Q5 as my first choice and that this was a good dealership for that purchase. I found their pricing to be competitive, particularly when you see how far they go to certify the used vehicles they sell. Because od the pricing, certification and extended warranty I purchased, I have not had a moment of buyer's remorse. Alan Cogbill spent a lot of time with me demonstrating the many features of the vehicle and answering all of my questions. I will look for Alan the next time I am in the market. Demery Hanna was very helpful sorting through the paperwork necessary to complete the process. If all goes according to plan, I won't get to meet any one in the service department until the car is due back in 1 year. Thank you! More
