Found the Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood dealership to be one of the better vehicle purchase experiences. I have been a Mercedes owner for 25 years, owning various models and picking up two cars at the Sindelfingen delivery center in Germany. (Highly recommend the experience). I have shopped at all Mercedes Benz dealerships in the Seattle metro area and my interaction with the Lynnwood dealership has been the best by far. I compare the customer service treatment from Lynnwood Mercedes Benz to the old Phil Smart dealership that was located on Capitol Hill in Seattle. Alan Keith (Sales), Les Hart (Service) are first class in the manner in which they treat the customer. If you are in the market for a car, I suggest that you do your due diligence before buying, and not forgo a visit to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Lynnwood before making a purchase decision. The owner, John Halata, also introduced himself and talked about the importance of establishing and maintaining quality customer relationships. We started looking at various brands of new cars early in the year, when we first met Alan Keith. Alan served as our Sales Consultant throughout the process, showing great patience as we (slowly) considered several different manufacturers. Of all the people we met at dealerships for various brands, Alan seemed to us to be the most knowledgeable about his product and by far the most responsive to our questions and information requests. Finally we decided to sit down with Alan and order a new Mercedes with the features we wanted. Alan was most helpful in this process as well, not only with his knowledge of the product, options, etc but also getting our car into a favorable position in the factory schedule that enabled us to take delivery by our "need date." All in all, a first class experience for us. 6 months in, we love the car! More
