Everyone at the dealership was freindly. Within 2 weeks I was forced off the road and hit a concrete shoulder destroying my passenger fron tire. I took it to Inskeep to have them look and fix it. They explained what damage was done and what needed to be fixed. The srevice department was very informative and willing to answer all my questions. The car was fixed within 24 hours. More

Alan helped me search for the perfect Fusion Titanium, and when I found one I liked, he contacted the dealership where it was at, made arrangements for a trade and had someone going to get the car all within 5 hours!! We completed our application on the dealer website ahead of time, so when we arrived that evening, our new car was clean, full of gas and waiting for us.. We had our paperwork completed within about 20 minutes and we were good to go!! All of the staff was super friendly and Alan made sure that we knew how everything worked in or new Fusion. They were so understand and patient I'm a working mother of 3 children. I don't like car shopping. Two years ago I bought out of the Ford family. I decided I was too short to drive t I'm a working mother of 3 children. I don't like car shopping. Two years ago I bought out of the Ford family. I decided I was too short to drive the Buick Enclave. I needed to get a new vehicle. Alan and Pat helped me along the way. My husband is a number cruncher. They were patient with him. We finished browsing through the lot and returned the next day to drive a couple of trucks and ended up buying one - from Alan, of course. His patience with us was unbelievable. When we started working on the deal, he sat and talked to us and made us feel at ease about this purchase. We were treated fairly on our trade and Patrick worked very hard for us to get the best possible interest rate for our new truck. We will definitely return to this dealership for service and future purchases. Great staff, great family, great dealership. More
