Alan, Mark & Pat went out of their way to make sure that I had the vehicle I wanted with everything I wanted on it. Alan did an excellent job on the presentation of options and showing me how they all that I had the vehicle I wanted with everything I wanted on it. I would highly recommend Inskeep! They really impressed me from the get-go just by actually having the same car on the lot that they had in their online advertisement (several other dealerships continued t me from the get-go just by actually having the same car on the lot that they had in their online advertisement (several other dealerships continued to advertise cars they had sold days earlier). But what started out as a good experience just kept getting better. They offered me the best price over every other dealership within 90 miles, and actually stuck to that price when I arrived. At purchase, they presented a number of different options to me as far as extra warranties and insurance plans, and made good arguments for each, but didn't apply any unpleasant pressure when I declined. I walked away with precisely the car I wanted and with an even lower payment than I expected. Alan King was fantastic to work with, and everyone else I dealt with was extremely pleasant as well. They're good people! Despite the 90 mile drive, they're the first place I start the next time I'm in the market. More

On Sat. last week I totaled my Taurus, so I was at the On Sat. last week I totaled my Taurus, so I was at the lot cleaning it out. Alan came over to talk, and see that I was ok. He handed me a card and said to come see him if he could help in any way. So, I did. What I wanted was a new Escape, but after working this deal, it was more than we could easily pay. He said that we would start over, he didn't want to put us in something we were not comfortable with. I kept changing my mind. First, I wanted a Taurus. He worked that deal, and about 4 more. I felt awful but he said it was OK. My husband came in with me, and Alan (and Mark? In finance)got us approved for a very low interest rate. I am unemployed right now, so my husband has to handle the payment. With the patience of Job, Alan simply asked, "What are you looking for, and what kind of time and payment would you be comfortable with...let's start there." He called the next day with exactly what we wanted! We talked back and forth all day (like I was the only one in the world that mattered.) He answered all my questions and concerns, quickly and without judgement...some were pretty dumb! Alan never pushed or got frustrated. He let us make the decision. We bought our escape on Fri., and we LOVE it! I started looking on Tues. and we bought our vehicle on Fri. Alan went above and beyond what we expected, and we will see him again soon to replace another car. Oh! He filled our tank while we finishing with paperwork. Thanks, Alan ***While I was at the dealership, EVERYONE smiled and said hi. Jeff Inskeep even came over and chatted a bit. There was so much respect among the staff!
