Alan King is a patient at the office I work for. I noticed when he came to pick up his glasses that he was wearing an Inskeeps shirt. My dad who worked at Ford for over 30 years passed away in July and my mom needed an inexpensive, small, reliable car to drive. When I told mom that Alan is a good Christian, family man she told me he was the one she wanted to deal with. God has been good to my family and being able to deal with Godly, honest people was comforting. Great service! Purchasing a car from a dealership was a new experience for me, and I'm happy it went as well as it did. The employees at Inskeep were all very friendly and welcoming which helped to put a l new experience for me, and I'm happy it went as well as it did. I never felt rushed or pressured. The first day I stopped by the dealership, I just wanted to test drive and get a feel for an SUV. Unexpectedly, I found my "dream car" and wasn't sure I was ready for a major purchase at that very moment. I really felt like I needed to go home and sleep on it. All the while, Alan remained easily accesible. He continued to answer my questions over the phone and even came in early to meet me the day I was ready. I was pretty anxious and wanted to make sure I understood all the foreign language of the car buying business. Alan and Mark were both very patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. Alan had the car ready and waiting when I got there, all shiny and gassed up. While Mark was going over paperwork with me, Alan moved my license plate over to my new car and even put my new key on my lanyard! The overall experience went very smooth and I'm thankful for the suggestion from my family to go to Inskeep. I wouldn't be surprise if I purchase my next car from there years down the road, and I will definitely highly suggest Alan and everyone else at Inskeep for their service.
