Alan did not disappoint us, he is very professional, friendly, and most important, he is well informed about the various options that are available today on new vehicles. Part of good customer service is having the ability to listen to the customer and having patience with their timeline in possibly purchasing. Alan was there to help us but did not pressure us in a decision. Alan also did a superb job (the best ever) of explaining all the various bells and wihistles on the vehicle when we picked it up. In addition, I spoke more than once with Pat Dunn, the Sales Manager. Pat is well informed and does an excellent job of explaining finance options, the best interest rates, as well as incentives offered by Ford. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best deal for my trade-in and was well informed of finance options, payment amounts, and penalties and fees. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, my experience at Inskeep Ford has been one of my very best experiences. More
