I recently bought a new Focus from Inskeep. I am in the Army and was coming home from Georgia for a long weekend and did not want to spend any more time in the dealership than necessary. I contacted Alan a Army and was coming home from Georgia for a long weekend and did not want to spend any more time in the dealership than necessary. I contacted Alan ahead of time and he got the exact Focus I wanted, helped me get pre-approved from the financing and had all the paperwork waiting for me when I arrived. My plane was even delayed in arriving in town and he didn't mind at all. All that my wife and I had to do when we arrived was go for a test drive and sign the paperwork. In all, we were done in under an hour! No matter where I am stationed in the United States, my next car will come from Inskeep and Alan King. More

My husband and I went to Inskeep to look around at some different used cars. We didn't really have the intention of buying anything that day. We had a Ford Fusion that we were happy with, but we wanted to different used cars. We didn't really have the intention of buying anything that day. We had a Ford Fusion that we were happy with, but we wanted to look around for something a little bigger. Alan met us outside, and we explained that we wanted to look at some used cars. My husband and I were looking at the Ford Edge models, as well as the Ford Escape models. I had done a little bit of research on both vehicles before we had made the decision to "look around." Alan went over the vehicle specs with us, and answered any/all questions that we had about each vehicle. It was now up to us to compare the vehicles and determine which needs/wants were important to us. After test driving the vehicles, and getting a good feel for them - Alan left us alone to talk things out with eachother. After we decided which vehicle we wanted - he had the manager take a look at our Fusion to determine the amount that they would give us for a trade-in. We were happy with the trade-in figure, so decided to start the financing process. We were very happy with the service that we recieved, and the attention to detail. -Brandi Borreggine More

Everyone at his dealership from the salesman to the service department has always been extremely friendly and helpful. We bought the extended coverage to include service and couldn't be happier with th service department has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I also love the way my Escape handled in the snow we had in Dec. They were also very helpful when I got a new smart phone & had trouble syncing it to my car. They called verizon to figure it out & told me if I ever get another new phone bring it in too because they need to keep up on how to sync them all! More
