When I called the service department to report that the control panel showed that the sensor system needed service. The service person I spoke to (I wish I had his name to put into this review) implied that I probably ran over a nail after leaving the dealership and that I would have to wait for service because they were very busy. I literally had to threaten to return the vehicle for my money back before the dealership manager accepted my call (I was told he was in a conference and could not talk to me, I could leave a message). Not a good beginning for what I thought would be a long relationship. More

The car that I purchased was just traded in by a single owner and was originally purchased from Keystone Motors. We discovered that the car was Certified Pre Owned. When we first looked at the car, we also found that it included many extras that were unexpected. The sales person, Alan Kirsh, was friendly and cooperative. He let me drive the car as often as I wanted and answered all my questions or found the information requested. You would expect that but what Alan did after the sale was even better. I've called or stopped back and asked if he would be able to take care of several small details, like finding a spare key. Alan followed up on each item quickly and we are working together on several other items. Alan also made arrangements to provide a notary and stored my totaled car until it was picked up by the salvage company. More
