I was very pleased with the sales associated who sold my 2014 S60 to me Alan Kirsch. When I called the service department to report that the control panel showed that the sensor system needed service. The service person I spoke to (I wish I had his name to put into this review) implied that I probably ran over a nail after leaving the dealership and that I would have to wait for service because they were very busy. I literally had to threaten to return the vehicle for my money back before the dealership manager accepted my call (I was told he was in a conference and could not talk to me, I could leave a message). Not a good beginning for what I thought would be a long relationship. More
