Stopped in for service on my current Volvo, and decided to talk with Alan about finding my next car. I've been taking my Volvos to Keystone since October 1982, when I bought my first. Service has always been excellent. This sales experience was outstanding. Alan found the exact car I was looking for, with just the options I wanted. He had the car brought in from out of state - the second time Keystone has done this for me. From initial discussion to handing over the new keys, no detail was too small and no questions went unanswered. The whole process went smoothly. I felt very comfortable working with Alan, and everyone else in the Sales department. This Volvo will be serviced at Keystone, and when I'm ready to buy my next one, I hope Alan will find it for me. We found the Acura I was looking for online so a few days later I drove out to the dealership to check it out and take it on a drive. I went back a week or so later after hearing the problems were resolved and took the car on another drive and everything worked fine. My sales consultant, Alan Kirsch, was consistently courteous, demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable on Volvos, and helped me overcome some minor obstacles along the way, even a few months after I drove off the lot. I would say that they care about their customers and the quality of their vehicles. I certainly wouldn't mind recommending Keystone Volvo and Alan to others. That being said, my experience probably would have been better had I had more experience negotiating/buying cars. The important thing is I have a car that I am quite satisfied with. Even though it is used, I feel like it's brand new. I hope that 5 or 7 years down the line I will have the same opinions as I do now about my experience purchasing a car from this dealership. More
