This was the easiest deal EVER! Alan was a great help, he got us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. We were also doing a trade-in and that worked out how we wanted it to as well. Great experience from start to finish! I'm an "experienced" car buyer and knew exactly what I was looking for - after a less than stellar conversation with an old-school 'typical' car salesman at "experienced" car buyer and knew exactly what I was looking for - after a less than stellar conversation with an old-school 'typical' car salesman at another dealership, I called Keystone and was lucky to get Alan. I asked him if he had any of the vehicles I was looking for in stock. He told me he had a few that I could check out, I said I was on my way. When I arrived about 30 min later I met Alan and a vehicle was ready and waiting for me to drive. He let me take the car by myself (which I really appreciated) and I went for a nice drive, testing different roads to see how it rode and handled. I got back to the dealership and was 99% sure it was what I wanted. Alan let me take another similar but differently equipped version out for a spin so I could see the difference. He was patient, accommodating and just wanted to make sure I was happy with what ever I chose. It was the end of the day, so I left with the agreement that the car I thought I wanted would be on hold. During the week Alan did what he could to get the best price for my trade and a good price on the new car. I was able to do what I needed via email, phone and the online application - which I also appreciated. I went to the dealership Saturday and drove the car, did the paperwork and drove away with my sporty, fast and beautiful XC60 R model...I'm in heaven! It was truly one of (if not ThE) easiest, most stress-free, uncomplicated car purchases I've made. I forgot to mention that I live in another state, and they helped with that too... Highly recommend Alan and the team at Keystone!!! More

Alan was wonderful. Friendly, courteous and honest. Told me the deal up front. Told him what I wanted He told me that he only had one in that color and that someone was there earlier in the day. Period. Gave him a deposit and said I'd be back on Monday to finish the deal. Gave me the invoice and asked what kind of deal was I looking for? Dealer has to make some money - gave him my offer and it was finished. Had all the paper work finished before if got there to pick up the car. In and out in 40 minutes or less on a very rainy Monday. I recently purchased a preowned car from Alan Kirsch at Keystone Motors. The care I was interested in was at the Doylestown location so Alan had it brought to Berwyn the day I called about it.
