Alan is professional, likeable, knowledgeable, experienced, willing to share personal opinion, not just "party line". Alan was straightforward, no bullsh!t, got me an attractive price (I shopped other dealers), made it clear he wanted my business without being pushy or overly aggressive. A pleasure to deal with. Two things I really liked that probably speak to not only Alan but to the way the dealership is run: 1.) I didn't have to deal with a separate person on my trade-in, I only dealt with Alan; and 2.) same regarding optional services offerings -- Alan took me through details of optional service and warranty offerings and answered all my questions. (I HATE the way other dealerships lock you in a room at the end with a different person who's sole job is to talk me into buying a bunch of extra (expensive) stuff I don't want.) And finally, I'd say the speed and efficiency of the whole transaction was excellent. Alan and whoever else is involved behind the scenes got all the paperwork done quickly, made sure I had updated insurance coverage and documentation, got my new car registered, moved license plates from trade-in to new car and had me on the road in my new V60 in pretty short order. All in all, best car-buying experience ever. More

Purchased a car A few weeks ago I took my Volvo V50 in for service. I had purchased the V50 from another dealer but had transitioned to Keystone Volvo of Berwyn for A few weeks ago I took my Volvo V50 in for service. I had purchased the V50 from another dealer but had transitioned to Keystone Volvo of Berwyn for service. My loaner car during this service was a Volvo V60 Cross Country and I fell in love. I hadn't been in the market for a new car, but knew that I had to have this car. Using a car buying service through my insurance (USAA) I was connected to Alan Kirsch. I wanted to manage the negotiation via email as I had a pretty busy schedule (and I'm a single woman purchasing a car). Alan made the process beyond easy. He was able to locate the vehicle I had driven as a loaner and worked with me to negotiate a price that fell within my budget. When I arrived to complete the paperwork,, he arranged for me to drive my V50 home (I didn't trade in my car because it's a great, reliable car) and had someone drive me back so that I could get the new car. I felt bad that I couldn't ask him for more service or support - but he truly made the process super easy. I highly recommend Keystone Volvo of Berwyn for anyone looking to have their Volvo serviced or if they are in the market for a new car. I also wanted to recognize Rob Stein. Rob worked with me to complete my paperwork and answered all questions related to the warranty and the additional tire plan that I purchased. He had me in an out in about 15 minutes. More
