Looking on their website, several vehi My double negative means I'm so happy with my deal at Keystone Volvo Berwyn, I needed to just say it out loud. Looking on their website, several vehicles stood out with pricing and options. The misses and I went there and looked around the lot. The primary vehicle we looked at had a SOLD sign on it and several others online looked different in person. We test drove several, but nothing jumped out and smacked us with happy dust. Our salesman, we'll call him Alan, recognized us from having sold us our previous vehicle, asked what it would take to make a deal happen. I'm not shy about my reply, but spouted out my 5 criteria that the deal needed to include. After talking a bit more, we finally looked at a 2013 S60 Premier AWD vehicle with 25K miles. The only problems were on the outside as the previous owner seemed to have parked by touch and one side had been scraped on the back door and rear panel. The interior looked beautiful. We were promised that the outside would be made beautiful. We sat down to run the numbers, and we were about $5,000 apart, and I looked at Alan and said it wouldn't happen. He took the criteria into the owner, who was able to adjust the formula and eventually the payment was within $25 of the old payment, the 2.99% was excellent and best of all, I asked for the car to be CERTIFIED, and it HAPPENED. This means total coverage until 2020 and that is fan frigging tastic. The deal was made , the car is going to the auto body shop to make the outside beautiful and we were given a loaner for the next week until our new baby is ready.. I would personally like to triple thank Alan for being so nice during the deal, even though his blood sugar was dropping from exertion on our behalf. Also a big thanks to the owner for setting up the deal that allowed us to move forward. And finally, to all the working staff who were friendly and personable, and went beyond our expectations. A big thank you to all at Keystone Volvo Berwyn, can't wait to pick up our New Baby "Azure". More

Since the car held up quite well during the accident, i was sold on Volvo, and decided to replace it with another S60, this time a 2015.5. Since i knew what i wanted, i shopped around as efficiently as possible. I found an unbelievable price at another dealer, but the price went up each time i spoke with that _other dealer_. When i spoke with BENJAMIN STEIN at Keystone, he agreed to match the competitor's price, since i was a loyal sales & service customer. ALAN KIRSCH took over the sales process, which makes sense since he sold me my previous S60. I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour on the agreed upon delivery day. This was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience i've ever had. I commend both Benjamin & Alan for going their outstanding service, and retaining a loyal customer. I very highly recommend Keystone Volvo of Berwyn. I'd like to add that i've had my previous car serviced exclusively by Keystone's service department, and i've always found the service, expertise, and care to be outstanding. I appreciate both techs and consultants taking the time to explain some unintuitive issues. I look forward to having my new Volvo serviced by Keystone. More
