This is the third car that I have bought from them and will most certainly go back when I need another car. The reason I continue to go back to Keystone are quality of the people they have at the dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Ben Stein and Allen Kirsch when buying my XC70 today. Ben Stein always goes out his way to make sure I am taken care of from start to finish. He is friendly, professional and always provides expert knowledge on both the Volvo Brand and on the XC70. Allen Kirsch also had great product knowledge, answered all of my questions and was great to work with. They both went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new car. The Keystone service department at is also second to none. The Service Department Managers always go out of their way to make sure I get in and out when I have a schedule maintain. Finally, the design, safety & reliability of the Volvo Cars … combined with a Fantastic Dealership with high quality people … is why I love my Driving Volvo’s. More

He worked with us over the phone and then had us in and out of the dealership in under an hour, with my new S60! This is the SECOND TIME he has done this for us and we couldn't be happier. If Alan can't do it, he tells you, and then he works with you to find out what can be done. In contrast, we called Infiniti, told them what we were looking for and were treated with rudeness and run-around. I will not hesitate to contact Alan in about 36 months!! This is our second purchase from Keystone and we've been bringing our Volvos to their service department for the 12 years we've lived in the area. We've had nothing but great experiences with both sales and service. Today was no different. We went to Keystone in search of an S60. Considering a 2015 with a recent loyalty ad, but ended up with a great deal on a 2014 S60 with low milage. The sales department was professional and a pleasure to deal with. From financing to the sales close, all aspects were done exceptionally well. Our salesman was up front and clearly stated the options for financing and product options available to us. We are definitely a Keystone Volvo family with both of our cars now coming from there. More
