The money that I could have saved, both in MSRP and service costs, would have been enough to fly me and my family first class to Hawaii and allow us to stay for two weeks at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. I was in the USMC after college and have been a member of USAA for over forty-two years. USAA has an excellent vehicle purchase discount program. After comparing their prices, as well as those of five other local dealerships, it proved to be much more economically advantageous for me to deal directly with Alan Kirsch. I like Volvos because of their reputation for safety and the manufacturers warranty. I like Keystone Motors because they are forthright with their customers. Ultimately, however, the reason I purchased a second Volvo is because I trust Alan Kirsch. Alan is a second generation car salesmen who is fair, honest, and outstanding to work with. He is a committed professional. I don't expect to walk away from a car dealership making money on a deal. What I expect is to see the numbers, know I'm getting a fair deal, and have a sense that I'm going to be taken care of LONG after I drive the car off of the lot. Alan is intentional in the manner in which he develops relationships with his customers and it is clear that he doesn't just want to sell you a car, he wants to sell you many cars over the course of a car buyer's lifetime. As a result, Alan is invested in his customer relations and he stays committed to ensuring his customers receive the best possible service from himself and the dealership long after you've signed the papers.
